		<description>I think the biggest mistake was phasing out the N1 - N3 in the first place. What did the DoE expect working adults with a Gr 10 to do if they want to further their education? They can't do the new NVC because it's only full time. And even if it were part time, it would take an artisan 1 year to obtain level 1. With the NATED courses you could do N1 - N6 in 2 years. It's a system that has worked for our artisans in the past, so lets not try re-invent the wheel here. If you want to add better things then do it. But never remove something that has worked if you haven't got a par replacement.</description>
